Easy to Apply - Will Not Clog Your Sprayer

Apply by backpack, pump-up, or industrial airless sprayer, or brush and roller for smaller areas. Thin water-based formula will not clog your sprayer tip as it penetrates deep into the shingles and leaves a breathable topical film behind to protect the shingle roof and lock down shingle roof granules. Two coats at 250 to 350 sq ft per gallon per coat (average 300 sq ft per gallon). Clean up with soap and water.

Coverage Guide: How Much Do You Need?

Two coats recommended for best results. Average 300 sq ft per gallon (250-350 sq ft depending on surface porosity). 750 sq ft = 5 gal; 1,500 sq ft = 10 gal; 3,000 sq ft = 20 gal. For roofs with some granule loss, use PERMAGLUE before applying. Unfortunately there is no magic sauce for a bad roof but Shingle Sealer works great on most roofs. Not effective on shingles with no remaining serviceable life.
