ACRYLOCOAT™ brand ACRYLOSEAL™ is One Part of the Multi-Stage ACRYLOCOAT™ Decorative Finish Protective Coating System.
ACRYLOSEAL™ is a Waterproofing Elastomeric Ceramic Decorative Smooth Finish Coating. It is an Acrylic Elastomeric, Insulating Ceramic Formulation designed to create a Brush, Roller or Spray Applied (using proper spray equipment) Smooth Finish as an Exterior Decorative Finish System.
When applied as a Finish Coat over an ACRYLOCOAT™ brand Decorative Textured Coat (ACRYLOSTUK™ or ACRYLOSAND™), it seals and forms a waterproofing, flexible, breathable finish that has outstanding durability.
ACRYLOSEAL™ will expand and contract with varying hot and cold temperatures, plus resist thermal shock. Unsurpassed in technology, ACRYLOSEAL™ offers superior mildew resistance, corrosion resistance, ceramic insulation and soundproofing, excellent adhesion, ultraviolet ray reflectivity and a beautiful Matte finish.
It qualifies for a CLASS A Fire Rating as per NFPA 101 Life Safety Code. ACRYLOSEAL™, used as part of the ACRYLOCOAT™ brand system, has been designed to replace cementitious finishes and combat the destructive environmental forces of nature.
The ACRYLOCOAT™ brand Product Line is generally an Exterior Decorative Coating System, but can be used on Interior Surfaces as well.
A TWENTY YEAR LIMITED MATERIAL WARRANTY against chipping, cracking and peeling is available only when applied as part of the ACRYLOCOAT™ Decorative Finish Protective Coating System. Inquire about the Detailed Application Procedure.

ACRYLOSEAL™ can be used on most any Interior or Exterior Substrate including: wood, primed metal, galvanized, primed synthetic or aluminum siding, tin, copper, asbestos, asphalt, urethane, polyester, styrofoam, foam, fiberglass, clay, adobe, brick, stucco, slate, cement block, poured concrete, slab and various other substrates.
The ACRYLOCOAT™ brand Product Line is excellent to decorate and enhance the exterior walls and facades of buildings, homes, and facilities including: residential, commercial and industrial applications.
If ACRYLOSEAL™ is used in the 15 Year Warranted ACRYLOCOAT™ Decorative Finish Protective Coating System, please inquire for a detailed application procedure sheet and strictly follow the application method. If Applicable, trenching is necessary to form a complete seal; trench 4 to 6 inches around the perimeter of the structure. For proper adhesion to an existing substrate, it is essential that the surface be pressure washed at a minimum of 1500 P.S.I., using a water and chlorine solution, removing any loose, flaking or peeling paint along with any dirt, oil, grease, residues and especially mold, mildew and algae. Wire brush if necessary.
Apply only to a sound, well prepared wall surface. Rusted metal must be primed. Inquire about METAL-PRIME RED-OX™ Rust Treatment Process. Patch any holes, cracks, seams, imperfections, etc., with ACRYLOPATCH™ Waterproofing Caulk & Sealant. It is recommended to use ACRYLOPRIME™ before application of ACRYLOSEAL™.
Depending upon application, two coats of ACRYLOSEAL™ may be required. Wait 12 hours between coats of any of the ACRYLOCOAT™ Product Line.

ACRYLOSEAL™ APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Do not thin, use product as is. Do not apply when temperatures are below 45 degrees Fahrenheit or when humidity is very high. Apply ACRYLOSEAL™ by brush, roller or at least a 1 gallon per minute piston type airless sprayer with a minimum tip of .025. Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with warm soapy water.
