ECO-REZIN™

ECO-REZIN™ is a transparent clear, elastomeric acrylic, waterproof adhesive. It is an aqueous dispersion of acrylate-styrene copolymer resin at 50% solids.
ECO-REZIN™ has excellent penetrating characteristics which enable it to permeate into the substrate providing a bond for the next coat.
On non-porous substrates, ECO-REZIN™ has excellent adhesion to the surface then forming a tight bond to the finish coat or overlayment.

ECO-REZIN™ adheres well to wood, plywood, metal, galvanized, aluminum, tin, copper, asbestos, asphalt, urethane, polyester, styrofoam, fiberglass, modified bitumen, mineral surfaces, concrete, clay, slate, slab and various other substrates.

COMPATIBILITY TESTING:
It is recommended that a small area of the surface to be coated be tested for compatibility and performance before use.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Apply only to a clean and dry surface (absolutely no moisture present).

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Stir contents well before use. Do not thin. Use product as is. Do not apply when temperatures are below 45 degrees Fahrenheit or when humidity is very high. Do not apply when resin will be subjected to rain or heavy dew before it has had enough time to dry (approximately 4 to 6 hours). Drying time will vary depending on temperature, humidity and location. Apply using a brush, roller, trowel or airless sprayer.

POROUS SURFACES:
Apply two coats of ECO-REZIN™. The first coat will permeate the substrate, while the second coat will form a bond between the first coat and the material applied over it.
NON-POROUS SURFACES:
Apply one coat of ECO-REZIN™. CARPET or LINOLEUM: Apply overlayment into wet ECO-REZIN™.

SPRAYERS:
Use at least a 1 gallon per minute piston type airless sprayer with a minimum tip size of .025. CLEAN UP: Clean up all spills, tools and overspray immediately while the coating is still wet with warm soapy water.
